Your DER is the person who receives random drug test notifications and is responsible for sending drivers to test. This is an FMCSA requirement.

Owner-operators: If you are a solo driver, Vertical Identity serves as your DER — we notify you when you're selected for random testing, because you cannot select yourself. This is required by FMCSA.

If you have a safety manager or fleet manager: Enter their information below. They will receive random test notifications, can order testing, and are added as a contact on your account with access to compliance information.
